Schedule: Wednesday nights

For the past few years on Wednesday evenings‚ from 6-9pm‚ bluegrass music has filled the Coffee Pot Restaurant in Roanoke‚ Virginia. Many regulars attend this event and a family atmosphere prevails here. A special all-you-can-eat barbecue buffet is also offered on Wednesday nights. The Coffee Pot Restaurant is an old log cabin and is a historic landmark. Also‚ the Coffee Pot has a bar that is separate from the main dining area. Sometimes bluegrass music is offered on nights other than Wednesdays‚ as the Coffee Pot features live music six nights a week‚ and does charge an admission to Friday and Saturday night shows.

Directions: From Interstate 81 take Interstate 581 south. Exit onto Route 419‚ the second Franklin Road exit. Turn right off the exit ramp and go straight until you reach Highway 221. Turn right onto Brambleton Avenue. Travel 2 miles and the Coffee Pot will be on the right.
